Rank amateurs with little actual electric knowledge and they DO NOT GUARANTEE their work, once you leave the shop you are on your own, and so so so so expensive it's hideous.

Got ripped off for connecting a solar panel to a solar controller. They call themselves 12 volt world but forgot to check if our 12 volt battery was actually charging after mounting a panel to it. 85$ in the bin. Thanks guys!

OMG! Bill Hansen is absolutely the most helpful person one could ask for! We purchased a product which has broken down and we are stranded in Broome. Couldn't get assistance from any local businesses here and in desperation, we called Bill for assistance, and WALAH! All our troubles went away!

Jeep threw an alternator on Thursday. The legends at 12V went out of their way for us and had one in next day and car back on the road. Totally reasonable cost too. Thanks guys!!

To say disappointed is an understatement.Travelling the country and needed a DCDC charger fitted in our caravan. Rung last week to book in and confirm they had the product we needed in stock.Turned up this morning to eye rolls, and an admittance that they had sold the product required and were now out of stock.Both Simon and the blonde at the counter seemed uninterested and unapologetic.When stated 'we are new to this and can you just explain the difference between the products' the blonde behind the counter stared at me,and still didn't explain the differences.I have NEVER in my life left a shop refusing to give them my money. If they had have been polite and tried to upsell us (and actually been good at customer service and seemed interested) they could have made ~$1000 off us. I'm usually a 'throw money at the problem' kinda girl.Drove 500m down the road, had same product supplied and fitted within an hour.Stay away. Would give zero stars if possible.

Over the last 2 years I have had dealings here I highly recommend anyone needing this type of work to see them. They are right up to date with the ever changing technologies & supply the good old fashion service we all enjoy. Thank you team. Ian P.
